Refund and Returns Policy

At Ikighai, each bar is handcrafted with care and love. Due to the nature of our products, refunds and returns are subject to the following terms:

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect at the time of placing the order.
  • Partial Usage: If the soap has been partially used or unsealed and then returned for a refund request.
  • Products in Transit: If the product has already been dispatched and is on its way to you.
  • Non-compliance with Return Guidelines: If return or exchange requests do not follow the outlined policy terms.
  • Customized Orders: Products made to order or customized as per customer specifications are non-refundable.
  • Duplicate Payments: In case of duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 20 working days.

Exchange is allowed in the following scenarios:

  • Damaged Products: If the soaps arrive damaged, broken, or tampered with.
  • Incorrect Delivery: If you receive a soap different from what was ordered.

Important:

  • Any issues with damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting images for review.
  • After the damaged/incorrect product is returned to us, a replacement will be dispatched promptly.
