Domestic Shipping (India)
- We ship across India.
- Shipping charges may vary based on your delivery pincode and order weight, typically ranging from INR 50 to INR 200.
- Once dispatched, orders usually reach you within 5–8 working days, depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped, so you can follow your package until it arrives.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Please stay tuned, we’re working on bringing Ikighai Soaps to your part of the world soon!
Damaged Orders
- All soaps are quality-checked before dispatch.
- However, if you receive a damaged or tampered package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.
- We will review the case and arrange a replacement if applicable.
- The decision to accept returns and issue replacements rests solely with Ikighai Soaps.
