Shipping & Delivery

• All soaps are handcrafted, inspected, and carefully packed before dispatch.
• Domestic shipping across India typically takes 5–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping charges vary between INR 50 and INR 200, depending on your delivery pincode and order weight.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
  
  

International Shipping

• We currently do not offer international shipping.
• Please stay tuned, we’re working on bringing Ikighai to your part of the world soon!

Returns & Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear supporting images, at ikighaisoaps@yahoo.com.
• After review and once the damaged item is returned to us, a replacement will be arranged.
• The decision to accept returns and issue replacements rests solely with Ikighai Soaps.
• Refunds are not provided for used, unsealed, or customized products.

Product Disclaimer

• As our soaps are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, shape, and fragrance are natural and expected.

• In the case of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days.
